Terms & Conditions
Orders placed via website must contain correct spelling / dates and information as you require them to be on your voucher.
Please email us if you notice any mistakes, this must be as soon as possible as if we have already made your voucher a new one would have to be made.
Any information you miss out from your order will not be included on your finished voucher.
To remake in the case of error or forgotten information by purchaser will incur an additional fee of £3

No refunds will be given where mistakes are made due to buyers error.

All designs are to my own interpretation they may differ from voucher to voucher.
If you do not like the design, you can respectfully ask for something different.
To change design may incur a fee.
We will try our best to meet your expectation and requirement,
but please bare in mind we are a small one woman business.
We always do our best to please every customer,
but human error can happen as can mistakes.

Any errors made my me that you notice will be fixed free of charge so long as the error hasn't occurred due to information buyer has input being wrong for example if you put -
2024 instead of 2025.

All orders are non refundable.
​
Colours of foils are only available if in stock.
Where a colour is not available or not in stock we will email you for an alternative solution.
POSTAL ORDERS
​
Postage in busy times such as Christmas may take longer than usual
and hold ups are more common. Please bare this in mind when ordering.
We cannot guarantee any item will arrive before you need it, we can only do our best from our side.
So, please order in plenty of time.

We will always get orders posted in accordance to Royal Mail guidelines.
We will always post by last postal day recommend by The Royal Mail at times such as Christmas etc.
We cannot account for hold ups by The Royal Mail - Please keep this in mind when ordering.
No refunds will be given on orders that did not arrive in time for Christmas Day or in time for any other event you require a voucher for.
During busy periods we may not be able to send photos to approve before we post as waiting on response can delay orders getting out in time.

If your order does not arrive within 7 days of us sending shipping email
you must let us know asap for us to arrange a replacement if we can.
If more than 14 days has passed since shipping replacements may not be available.

Orders placed for pick up :
Pick up are only available by request at busy periods at managers will.
Customers must not turn up to collect without prior arrangement
You must also stick to agreed pick up Time slot. We have a grace time of 15mins.
In cases where buyer does not turn up at all we will hold your order for 7 days before discarding
unless communication has been had with other arrangements
No refund will be given in the cases where an order hasn't been picked up.
Person collecting must have name of purchaser ,
name on voucher and order number to pick up successfully.
Not having these may mean we cannot hand out order
